All cancellations will require a cancellation fee charge once you make an appointment. Meaning once an appointment is made but then you cancel the appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee. You can always reschedule within 5 days to avoid this cancellation fee. Please understand that we want to give all of our new and existing customers a fair schedule and price.

The only parts we sell are the parts that we install at your home or business.
Q: Where are you located and where do you do service work?
A: We send a local service tech from one of our local remote locations in PA shown under "Locations" tab within a 5-10 mile radius of your home or business. There are no travel time charges! Our 25 years of experience has shown us that majority of the repairs should be done on-site. This allows for proper testing of your programs and equipment on your internet connection. Best of all, you get to see it working when we have completed the repair!
Q: Why would I want a tech come to me rather than me taking it to them?
A: Moving your desktop or tower computer can cause further damage from vibrations plus you need your equipment tested on your own internet connection, your own programs and your own equipment to ensure it is fixed! Laptops should be setup at your home in most cases.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: We give you an estimated price based on your problem with the least it will cost and the most it will cost BEFORE we arrive at your home or business. THEN our prices are put in writing once we arrive to your location. We generally charge by the JOB and not by the hour so you know what it will cost before we arrive!
Q: Is there any extra charge for weekend work?
A: No. Our rates are the same 6 days a week.
Q: Do you sell and install virus protection or backups?
A: Yes, and it does not slow down your PC or have unwanted popups.
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: Cash, check, credit card, debit card.
Q: Where are you based?
A: Various counties in PA and Ohio only. Our techs are dispatched within 5-10 miles of your location. See Map under the locations tab at the top of the page.
